Tasks
- Manage and review loan applications from partners in Zurich/East Switzerland.

Skills
- Completed KV/banking education or similar; 2+ years experience in client support or consumer credit.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative work style.
- Fluent in German and good French skills; additional languages are a plus.

In this exciting role, you are responsible for processing and reviewing the loan applications of our sales partners for the Zurich / Eastern Switzerland region. This includes handling dossiers as well as supporting sales partners in connection with order processing. You are responsible for checking contract returns for completeness and accuracy. As a direct contact person, you offer our sales partners excellent service and communicate financing decisions. In doing so, you maintain active sales support.

What we expect
Commercial / banking apprenticeship or comparable professional training
You have 2 years or more of professional experience in customer service or consumer credit business
Team spirit and collegial working style
An independent and precise way of working combined with openness to new things and pragmatic solutions
High flexibility, initiative, and commitment
Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good French skills. Any additional language is an advantage.
