Project Manager IT Healthcare – Radiology (80% – 100%)

Your tasks

• Project coordination for the introduction and support of our Radiology Information System (RIS) in Swiss hospitals.
• Primary contact person for customers, analyzing their needs and advising on mapping clinical processes in KISIM.
• Coordination of internal CISTEC tasks and responsible for efficient project management to achieve qualitative, timely, and financial goals.
• Supporting customers in the long-term planning of the further development of their KISIM installations.
• Organizing and participating in specialist events, workshops, and trade fairs to present the RIS and acquire new customers.
• General administrative support of the project team.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in project management with independent coordination of software projects.
• Ideally knowledge in radiology (RIS or PACS) or scheduling: e.g., training in the medical field.
• Affinity for IT systems and interest in digital processes in healthcare.
• Experience in customer acquisition, marketing, or product presentations is an advantage.
• Enjoy interacting with users and organizing specialist events.
• Team-oriented, structured, and communicative working style for efficient project management.
• You think solution-oriented and are not blocked by problems.
• You act skillfully in negotiation situations and find compromises without losing sight of project goals.
• You are proficient in German spoken and written, French is an advantage.
