As a Specialist Nurse Spitex, you ensure individual and professional care for our clients. You perform your tasks in an interdisciplinary team in collaboration with the APN nursing expert. In addition to nursing responsibility, you also take on case management in highly complex care situations and thus work in clinical everyday life. You conduct deployment support and actively participate in process improvements.
- Education at tertiary level, diploma nurse FH / HF or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience as a nurse in Spitex
- Self-organized and structured way of working
- High professional competence and interest in passing this on in practical everyday life
- Taking responsibility in specialist topics such as case management, interRAI HC, wound management, etc.
