As 2nd Housekeeper, you ensure impeccable cleanliness and hygiene throughout the entire house and staff houses according to the regulations of internal procedures.

• Planning of an efficient staff deployment
• Monitoring and control throughout the hotel, inside and outside, for cleanliness and order
• Monitoring and control of the staff houses for cleanliness and order
• Control and support for economical and ecological use of cleaning, washing, and polishing agents
• Weekly, quantitative clarification of the needs for cleaning, washing, and polishing agents as well as paper products
• Promotion of employee motivation and careful introduction of new employees
• Assistance with the annual inventory of cleaning, washing, and polishing agents
• Conducting internal training sessions
• Planning and control of cleaning according to instructions from the residence owners
• Assistance with daily working time control of all employees in housekeeping
• Support with guest room and apartment cleaning
• Assistance and support in the hotel’s own laundry

You have

• a completed training as a hotel specialist EFZ
• preferably completed the trainer course
• several years of experience in upscale hospitality
• a pronounced quality awareness and a high level of service readiness
• leadership experience
• assertiveness and empathy
• independent and solution-oriented working style
• fluent German skills, good English and French knowledge (additional languages such as Portuguese or Spanish are an advantage)
• strong organizational skills (maintain an overview even in stressful situations)
• a neat appearance
• good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• a confident, self-assured demeanor and polished manners
