About the job

• You support us in the daily operations of our closed geriatric and neuropsychiatric acute ward and can specifically contribute your expertise and experience
• You assist in implementing our ward concept and continuously help us to further develop it
• Together with the interprofessional treatment team, you contribute to stabilizing the patients and thus to a better quality of life

• You have a degree as a Certified Nurse HF/FH/DNII (or hold an equivalent diploma from abroad that is recognized in Switzerland)
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in the environment of patients with dementia
• You are a flexible and motivated personality who enjoys facing challenges and actively shaping changes
• You appreciate multiprofessional collaboration in a dynamic environment
• You enjoy working with people in acute crisis situations
