About the job
To strengthen our team in Büren an der Aare, we are looking for a Finance Clerk 60% – 80% (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Bookings in the general and subsidiary ledgers
- Review and posting of expense reports
- Control of billing for temporary employees
- Assistance in accounts payable
- Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Assistance with audit work
- Updating statistics and lists
- General administrative tasks in the finance area
Your profile
- Commercial basic training and further education as an accounting clerk (certificate)
- Professional experience in finance and accounting
- Analytical thinking with process understanding
- A flair for numbers, goal- and solution-oriented
- Independent, precise, and efficient working style
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Very good German skills and good French skills
