Project Manager Building Services (100%)

Your Tasks

As a project manager, you independently acquire and lead sustainable projects in the ventilation and air conditioning sector that inspire our customers. You independently manage projects and ensure the quality, deadlines, and profitability of the project towards the customer. In addition, you prepare planning, tender, and execution documents including drawings using CAD in 2D and 3D. Furthermore, you represent the company to stakeholders from the initial idea to the handover of the system to the client.

Your Profile

To perform this demanding and versatile activity, you have a degree as a building/house technology planner specializing in ventilation or similar. You have good knowledge of CAD and Microsoft Office, are open to new things, and enjoy working in a team. Reliability and flexibility are further strengths of yours. Fluent German skills and preferably French skills complete your profile.
