Spitex Emmen, with its approximately 60 employees, is an innovative, versatile, and competent employer in the region. We are responsible for the outpatient healthcare of the municipality of Emmen with around 33,000 inhabitants. In addition, we are a training company and invest in the future of nursing.

Your tasks with us are
- You ensure professional, individual, and holistic wound care with your expertise
- You work with external agencies such as wound outpatient clinics, hospitals, general practitioners, pharmacies, etc.
- Additionally, you take on case management tasks with the interRAI HC instrument (including professional discussions, case conferences, etc.)
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH
- Further training as a certified wound expert or interest in completing this training
- empathetic, communicative personality with an independent working style
- driver's license or willingness to complete assignments by e-bike
- IT skills in MS 365 are an advantage
