External training with job coaching, according to educational offer in the first labor market type training areas
In our basic vocational training, we start from the existing practical and personal opportunities and skills. From this, we create an individual training program for each learner.
The goal of the training is to give young people a future perspective and improve their integration opportunities in the first labor market. Therefore, we also train outside the protected framework or in cooperation with external training companies. If possible, we look for a training partner from the beginning who may also offer a longer-term perspective. For professional IV measures, training places are available in or with the Rütimattli Foundation in the following areas:

Supported Education / Job Coaching Supported training in the first labor market With Supported Education, we enable young people with special needs to have accompanied training in a partner company directly in the first labor market. A job coach supports the learner before, during, and after the training period.
Supported Education can be offered for all types of education and professions:

Targeted, professional support through combination of living and working The combination of
living and working enables targeted and professional support.
The Rütimattli Foundation offers young people who complete their basic training at the Rütimattli Foundation and are entitled to a place to live in our external residential group in Jänzipark Sarnen a living opportunity. Two places are intended for learners. This offers the possibility that learners who do not live in the immediate vicinity can live in a development-promoting environment.

Admission
Registration form for IV offices on our website: www.rütimattli.ch/ausbildung or contact us by phone in advance. The interested person brings the cognitive and manual skills for initial vocational training according to IVG, Art. 16 and is registered with an IV vocational counseling. The interested person can participate in a contact
working group and has appropriate independence in personal matters.
