IT Specialist Application Specialist
In the Projects and IT department of the General Secretariat of the Building Department, together with 20 employees, you serve as a hub function for around 2000 employees.
Your tasks
- Consulting and technical support for our customers with the assigned specialist applications
- Planning and coordination of IT changes, together with specialists from the Office of IT and external suppliers
- Technical support "second/third level" within the Building Department
- Development and maintenance of technical documentation of our specialist applications (access, login, settings, etc.)
- Participation in projects and membership in specialist committees
Your profile
- You have a degree in computer science from a university of applied sciences or training in computer science with appropriate further education
- Experience in a comparable function
- Comprehensive knowledge in handling Windows servers, databases, and networking
- High customer orientation and solution-oriented approach

The General Secretariat (GS) is the hub between the six offices of the Building Department. In addition to central tasks in the areas of finance, IT, personnel, and communication, it is also responsible for statements on political initiatives, consultations, and the coordination of legislative projects. In addition, the employees of the GS handle supervisory complaints and appeals against decisions of the offices and against decisions of the municipalities. Another area of activity is the implementation of environmental protection within the administration and the coordination of environmental impact assessments for large construction projects.
