WinGD is looking for a
Project Manager Retrofit
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the project plan, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, in alignment with organizational goals and constraints.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources, assign tasks, and ensure clear communication and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage risks and issues, proactively identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications to ensure alignment, address concerns, and solicit feedback to drive project success.
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocations, tracking costs and variances to ensure adherence to financial constraints and optimize resource utilization.
- Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to evaluate project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices for future projects.
- Develop and execute the project plan, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, in alignment with organizational goals and constraints.
Requirements:
- Business-oriented thinking (consider financial and time related issues)
- Experience from international company in manufacturing and/or maritime business (understanding engine manufacturing)
- Experience with two-stroke engines would be an advantage
- Ability to adapt to changing situations (Flexible working on different projects)
- Ability to establish relations with key customers
- Readiness to travel (approx 60% on year basis)
