This privacy policy explains how we or third parties collect and process personal data. Personal data are data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

If you provide us with personal data of other persons (for example data of colleagues, employees, customers), please ensure that these persons are aware of this privacy policy and only share their personal data with us if you are authorized to do so and if these personal data are correct.

Your Data Subject Rights

Under the applicable data protection law and to the extent provided therein, you have the following rights:

• Right of access – regarding the type of personal data stored with us
• Right to rectification – of personal data stored with us that are incorrect
• Right to erasure – of your personal data stored with us
• Restriction of processing – if your personal data cannot/must not be deleted
• Right to object – to the processing of your personal data
• Data portability – you receive your personal data in a readable form as stored with us.

You are not obliged to provide us with personal data unless we require them with your explicit consent for contract conclusions or services requested by you, which would not function without personal data.

Purposes of Data Processing

Your personal data stored with us are processed only for the purposes stated in this privacy policy. We do not disclose your personal data to third parties except:

• You have given us your explicit consent
• The processing of a contract with you makes it necessary
• To fulfill legal obligations

We also process personal data if there is a legitimate interest and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest that your data should not be processed or disclosed.

Data Collection During Visits to Our Websites

When visiting our websites, information about your web browser is automatically collected and stored. Among other things, the following information is collected: the web browser used, the operating system used, the domain name of the internet service provider, and other general information that does not allow conclusions about you as a person.

The exchange of this information is technically necessary to correctly deliver the web content you request. The web server – web browser exchange ensures, among other things:

The evaluations of this anonymous information are needed to optimize our websites and the associated technology.

Secured Websites with HTTPS

Data transmission on our websites is partly encrypted. You can recognize encrypted transmission by HTTPS and a lock symbol in the web browser address bar (input bar). The encryption is intended to prevent the transmitted content from being read. Encryption methods are used that correspond to the current state of the art.

Contact Form and Email

If you contact us via contact form or email, we receive your email address and possibly other information for the purpose of contacting you. We use this email address to process the inquiry and any possible follow-up conversation. The emails and addresses remain stored on our computers for possible later contact. If you do not want your emails and address to remain stored on our computers, please inform us and we will remove them (where legally permissible).

Google Maps

This website uses "Google Maps." Google Maps is a map and geolocation service of Google Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Google). Google Maps is used, among other things, to visually display geographic information. When using Google Maps, data are collected, sent to Google, and processed.

YouTube Videos

On some of our websites, videos from YouTube are embedded. YouTube is a video portal used for playing, rating, and sharing videos. YouTube is a service of Google Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Google).

When you visit a website where a YouTube video is embedded, a connection to YouTube's servers is established. When the page is called and the video is played, cookies are set that provide YouTube with information about your surfing behavior.

If you are also logged into your YouTube account, YouTube will personally assign the pages you visit to you to suggest interesting videos or display relevant advertising for you. You can prevent this by logging out of your account beforehand.

COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN OUR BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS

We primarily process the personal data that we receive from our customers and other business partners and other involved persons in the context of our business relationship.

Depending on the type of business relationship, we process the following categories of personal data:

• Master and contact data (e.g., name, address, email address, phone number, employer)
• Interaction and usage data (e.g., correspondence, mail and chat content)
• Website information (e.g., website, IP address, cookie information, browser settings, frequency of website visits, duration of website visits, search terms, clicks on content, referring website)
• Contract and financial data (e.g., contract type, contract content, applicable terms and conditions, contract start, contract duration, invoice data, payment information, other economic data)
• Employee documents (time tracking and absence management, salary data, payment information, insurance data, application documents, work certificates, training certificates, evaluations, interview notes)
• Documents with special information for job applications (cover letter, resume and photo, work certificates, diplomas, training certificates, references from third parties, interview notes)

Retention Period of Personal Data

We store and process your personal data as long as necessary. The duration depends on:

• the duration of the entire business relationship
• contractual obligations
• legal retention and documentation obligations

If your personal data are no longer required for the above purposes, they will be deleted as far as possible.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is continuously adapted to current legal interpretations and changes in our services. The current version is indicated by the date at the beginning of this statement. The current version always applies.
