Your tasks
- You ensure customer orders and the implementation of their customer strategy
- You are responsible for the budget approved by the client
- You actively contribute to the further development of customer excellence in key account management
- You maintain active customer care and consulting
- You promote the sale of services and products as well as additional sales (up-/cross-selling)
- You work closely with other departments to continuously optimize service delivery processes
- Handling special tasks and participating in major projects
Your profile
- You have a Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence in real estate management or an equivalent further education in the real estate sector
- You have professional experience in real estate management and customer support
- Your native language is German and ideally you can communicate orally and in writing in other languages
- You have the ambition to manage and steer your customer mandate entrepreneurially and with high quality
- You live the values of customer orientation and make a significant contribution to customer enthusiasm
- You possess high social and self-competence with the ability of self-management
- You promote the sale of services, products, and additional services
