To strengthen our team in Chavornay, we are looking for you as a Workshop Manager 100% (m/f)

As a workshop manager, you manage all important processes in a workshop to relieve the workshop manager and mechanics. You are the coordinator between customers, products, and the workshop and provide support in all administrative matters.

• Responsible for updating the customer and machine data system
• Management of early warning systems (John Deere Expert Alerts)
• Responsible for coordinating services and maintenance contracts
• Entry and processing of service orders, including invoicing
• Entry of new vehicle provisions
• Recording and invoicing of external repair and maintenance interventions
• Invoicing of all workshop work (internal/external invoicing)
• Planning and provision of replacement equipment as well as its reversal
• Entry and coordination of warranty cases and the entire warranty stock as well as goods returns
• Coordination of overall time management
• Responsible for handover and warranty formalities

• Basic commercial or technical training, preferably in the environment of the engine device and/or agricultural machinery sector
• Good knowledge of business management
• Independent, reliable, and precise working method
• Experience in sales/trade
• Good communication skills
• Native French speaker with good knowledge of German, basic knowledge of English
• Driving license category B/E
