Head: General Ledger (a) 80 - 100 %

• you manage the general ledger and prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER 
• you take over the leadership of the general ledger accounting team and act as deputy to the head of accounting 
• you optimize processes and internal controls in accounting 
• you actively contribute to the further development of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (FI/CO) and take care of interfaces and minor adjustments 
• you prepare reports, analyses, and decision-making bases for management 
• you get involved in projects, e.g., in digitalization, process optimization, or system migration 

• you have completed further training in finance and accounting (federal diploma or equivalent)  
• you have several years of professional experience in accounting as well as leadership experience 
• you have the ability to develop, motivate teams and manage change 
• you have knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and experience with digitalization/automation of financial processes  
• you have an IT affinity and interest in projects that combine technology and finance
• ideally, you have experience in "customizing" SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
