For our general practice located in the premises of the Menziken Hospital, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced personality as
Your tasks
- You are the hub between our patients and our general practitioners
- You welcome and care for our patients and organize the consultations according to urgency
- You support the general practitioners as consultation assistants (examinations, venipunctures, vaccinations, injections, etc.)
- Recording patient and service data in the practice software and in ordering
Your profile
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ / Trainer course is an advantage
- Experienced in handling IT (MS Office, practice software) and enjoy administrative tasks
- Good comprehension, independent, proactive and solution-oriented working style, flexibility, high quality awareness and very good German skills in spoken and written form
- High social competence, customer and service orientation, discretion, resilience in busy and difficult situations
- Flexibility to cover for other MPAs during vacation absences and in case of illness
