Nursing Development/Nursing Expertise

at the locations Alpnach and Sachseln, each 50%

Your area of responsibility

• Ensuring evidence-based, person-centered care
• Professional responsibility in admission assessments and complex care situations
• Participation in direct care and the care process
• Co-responsibility for documentation and performance recording (interRAI LTCF)
• Development and implementation of nursing concepts, quality standards, and work processes
• Support and advice to the team on challenging nursing issues
• Promotion of a constructive feedback and error culture
• Active participation in team meetings and conducting internal training
• Close collaboration with department management and management
• Loyalty to both companies
• Co-responsibility for quality assurance in exceptional situations (e.g. epidemics)

You bring

• Degree in Nursing HF/FH BSc Nursing, alternatively with CAS Intercare or willingness for corresponding further education
• Experience in geriatrics, dementia care, gerontopsychiatry, and palliative care
• Organizational skills, initiative, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge transfer
