We are looking for immediately or by arrangement
TEAM LEADER Flex and Float Pool 70 - 90%
You actively work in nursing and take on case management. In addition, this responsible position includes the operational management of the flex and float team, actively driving team development, and the professional and customer-oriented delivery of our services. As team leader, you are the first point of contact for employees, clients, relatives, and doctors. Workplace support, qualification discussions, and leading case conferences are also part of your responsibilities. The further development of nursing quality, internal process organization, and customer satisfaction are central to your role.

You bring with you
- Training as a certified nursing professional HF or FH
- Spitex experience is an advantage
- Leadership experience as a team leader is an advantage or willingness to further education
- A good dose of humor and pragmatism
- Professional competence and independent working style
- Broad nursing and caregiving expertise
- Quality-conscious, networked thinking and acting
- Joy and understanding in dealing with clients
- High social competence, team orientation, resilience, and flexibility
- Knowledge of industry-specific applications (Perigon, interRAI) is an advantage
- Driver's license category B and own car
