Your tasks
- Psychiatric care within the framework of the nursing process and a patient-oriented care system
- Preparation and implementation of individual care planning/application of nursing diagnoses
- Fully digitized professional management of patient documentation
- Targeted patient observation, social training, and promotion of everyday skills
- Implementation of individual and group nursing offers
- Adequate crisis intervention
- Participation in the development and implementation of the structured weekly schedule
- Participation in patient meetings, case discussions, staff meetings, ward rounds, and supervisions
- Implementation of internal standards and guidelines
- Loyal and multiprofessional cooperation with the team, ward management, and the management of the Addiction Medicine Center
- Consideration of operational processes taking into account quality requirements
Your profile
- Completed training in nursing (e.g., as a nursing assistant (m/f/d) or a 3-year nursing training)
- A high level of social competence
- An appreciative basic attitude
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor towards patients (m/f/d), their relatives/persons of reference, and representatives of other institutions
- Ability to work in a team, reliability, willingness to cooperate, and commitment
