• You lead a team of 6 employees professionally and personally.
• You are responsible for acquisition, AVOR, coordination, and processing of orders.
• You are responsible for the budget as well as controlling.
• You take over the operational management of the lake regulation of Lake Lucerne.
• You show willingness to perform required on-call duties.

• You have a degree as a carpenter / joiner (EFZ) and a function-specific further education (master craftsman exam, federal diploma or leadership training).
• You bring leadership and practical experience.
• You are proficient in handling Microsoft Office 365.
• You have a driving license category B, BE.
• You convince through communication and teamwork skills as well as a high service understanding.
• You are assertive, innovative, and flexible.
