Job Description
Responsibility for the smooth operation of the service and coordination between kitchen, team, and guests
Planning of shifts and resources so that everyone knows what to do
Supporting the team during service times – where it counts the most
Ensuring quality and standards as well as professional management of complaints
Promoting and developing the team to optimally utilize each individual's potential
Qualifications
- You have solid experience in the hotel industry and know the processes of a hotel from your own practice
- Organizational talent combined with leadership and social skills
- Resilience, flexibility, and a cool head even in hectic moments
- Hands-on mentality and joy in actively participating yourself
- High quality awareness and sensitivity to guests
- Very good German skills; additional languages are an advantage
