WHAT YOU WILL DRIVEIn the area of Channel & Campaign Management

In the area of Live Marketing
- Support in planning, implementing, and analyzing marketing campaigns across various channels
- Collaboration in maintaining and optimizing our digital platforms such as website, social media, and newsletter
- Creation of analyses and reports to measure success and derive optimization potentials
:
General:
- Support in organizing and conducting events, employer branding occasions, and sponsorship activities in the German and Western Switzerland regions
- Collaboration in further developing our event and sponsorship strategy
- Close cooperation with internal teams, such as employer branding and consulting, to optimally integrate live marketing measures into our marketing strategy
- Creative development and co-design of new ideas and concepts relevant to both digital and live marketing
- Support with administrative tasks and project-related organization
THIS IS HOW YOU SUCCEED
- You are at least in the 4th semester of your bachelor's degree (e.g., marketing, business administration, communication sciences, media management, or event management)
- Initial practical experience in marketing, event management, or campaign management is an advantage but not a must
- You have an interest in digital campaigns, website management via CMS, as well as organizing events and sponsorship projects
- Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with digital marketing tools and common CMS is an advantage
- You are creative, structured, and bring a careful as well as independent working style
- Very good German skills, complemented by French or English skills, are a plus
- You convince with strong communication, team spirit, and the passion to bring in new ideas
