- Handling complex property damage cases in the liability, motor vehicle, and construction insurance sectors with a focus on construction and industrial liability
- Issuing expert orders to clarify damage causes
- Conducting negotiations with victims, their lawyers, and other parties as well as insurers
- Instructing and accompanying external lawyers in litigation cases
- Conducting active regressions
- Contributing to projects and internal training
- Providing professional support to our decentralized claims services
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- Convincing legal university degree, preferably with a lawyer's license
- Ideally several years of professional experience in or a strong interest in liability and construction law
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
- Fluent German is required, additional language skills are an advantage
- You are open to change and see it as an opportunity
- Work location: Winterthur, with extensive possibilities for flexible arrangements through home office
