You will be responsible, within a team at our regional center in Crissier, for optimal customer service and the coordination of the professional assignments of the service specialists.

Activities:

• Optimal planning of service technicians' activities
• Telephone reception for customer requests (professional and private)
• Preparation of offers
• Processing of service orders and invoices
• Supervision and processing of intervention reports
• Varied and responsible tasks in a successful and progressive family business
• A hub function with extensive skills

• Organizational talent with initial experience in planning field interventions and an affinity for heating technology

• A place of residence near the regional headquarters as well as good knowledge of German are desired
