Your tasks
- Independent management of assigned projects
- Control and monitoring of project costs and their plausibility check
- Planning, organization, and coordination of projects
- Responsible for the schedule, quality, and cost targets of the projects
- Leading, developing, planning, allocating, and managing personnel resources
- Maintaining and building customer relationships
- Regular reporting to the responsible department or project manager
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as an electrical installer EFZ and several years of professional experience in this role
- Preferably with further training as an electrical project manager for installation and safety
- Strong communication skills and organizational talent
- Highly independent, responsible, and reliable working style
- Communication and organizational talent, confident German language skills
- Strong social and leadership skills
- Enjoyment in dealing with customers, employees, and trainees
- Driver's license category B
