For our team, we are looking for a starting May 2026 or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Outpatient billing including file control
- Rejection management including cancellation and re-invoicing
- Execution of administrative admission/discharge process
- Resident administration in the area of elderly care
- Preparation of monthly records and monthly invoices for elderly institutions as well as short-term and transitional care KÜP
- Reception duties (first contact person for residents and relatives), management of the telephone switchboard and mail account
We expect
- Commercial or medical basic training
- Good knowledge of Tarmed and Tardoc
- High social competence and quality awareness
- Strong service orientation and independent working style
- Very good knowledge of German
- Good IT user skills (MS Office, Vitomed and Abacus advantageous)
