Your new workplace
In this newly created position, you inspire young people during their training, taking co-responsibility for the 34 trainees in the entire nursing area. You enjoy accompanying them on their path to professional qualification.
What kind of team awaits you?
You will find a dedicated training team with an experienced education responsible nurse as well as several specialized departments. You work with motivated trainees and vocational trainers and benefit from open exchange, mutual support, and a respectful learning culture.

What does your workday look like?
- Conveying professional knowledge and practical skills as well as guiding and supervising trainees in the respective specialist areas in everyday work.
- Introduction of trainees FAGE or AGS and HF students.
- Introduction and coaching of vocational trainers.
- Conducting practical guidance, case discussions, and assessment of competency evidence including documentation.
- Administrative and organizational tasks as well as further development of the training concept.
What do you bring with you?
- Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH.
- SVEB certificate trainer in individual guidance and advanced module guidance.
- Experience in accompanying trainees.
- Professional expertise and practical know-how.
- Ability to convey content clearly and practically.
- Clear, appreciative, and empathetic expression.
- Quick comprehension and situational adaptability in various departments.
