Production & Maintenance Employee Gravel/Concrete Plants (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable and energetic personality for our gravel and concrete plants. In this exciting role, you will contribute significantly to the smooth operation of our production and actively participate in the quality of our building materials.

• Monitoring and operating our modern plants in the gravel and concrete plant
• Support with maintenance, repair, and cleaning work
• Assistance with repairs and overhaul work
• Sampling and checking material samples according to QS specifications
• Support with loading, unloading, and inventory management
• Participation in production planning and implementation as needed
• Compliance with and implementation of occupational safety and environmental regulations
• Coordination with suppliers, carriers, and external partners
• Identifying and reporting malfunctions, irregularities, and safety deficiencies
• Active participation in optimizing workflows and technical processes

• Basic technical training (e.g., as plant operator, mechanic, construction practitioner, or similar)
• Experience in gravel/concrete production or comparable industry is an advantage
• Good technical understanding and manual skills
• High sense of responsibility, teamwork skills, and resilience
• Willingness to work shifts and occasional weekends
• Forklift license or willingness to undergo internal training
• Basic knowledge of quality assurance and occupational safety is an advantage
