These exciting tasks await you

• Technical and organizational management of the structural engineering secretariat (team leadership)
• Processing of building law approval procedures (recording of building applications, publications, coordination with third parties, dispatch, invoicing)
• Central office management of eBaugesucheZH as well as participation in process optimizations
• Consultation and information on simple building law issues (counter, telephone, e-mail)
• Deadline control in the building permit procedure as well as maintenance of the building and housing register (GWR)
• General administration as well as management and archiving of building files

You bring with you

• Commercial vocational training in a public administration or technical training preferably in the field of structural engineering
• Service-oriented personality with pronounced organizational talent and enjoyment in contact with builders, planners, authorities, and the public
• Very good MS Office skills; experience with CMI and eBaugesucheZH is an advantage
• Confident German in spoken and written form as well as an independent, structured, and precise way of working
• Commitment, initiative, and team spirit
• Knowledge of the building permit procedure is an advantage
