YOUR TASKS

• Vocational training: Ensuring basic vocational training according to the legal requirements of our 6 apprenticeships in cooperation with the trainers. You are responsible for apprenticeship marketing and recruitment and coordinate and administer vocational training. You support and coach the apprentices and trainers and are the contact person for authorities, schools, and parents.
• Further education and training: You organize and conduct training in the areas of vocational training and occupational safety, GGBA ADR, etc. In addition, you support us in the implementation, sensitization, and maintenance of corporate values and culture.
• Safety and hazard protection: You are responsible for the implementation and enforcement of the safety concept, the prevention of occupational and non-occupational accidents, conduct accident investigations and risk analysis, and take the appropriate measures. In the area of hazard protection, you are responsible for compliance with legal regulations and processes, demand VOC/CO2 charges, and check the conformity of hazardous goods. In addition, you are responsible for emergency organization.

YOUR PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL PROFILE

• Completed technical basic training, ideally in an MEM profession
• Certificate as a trainer as well as experience as a trainer or head of vocational training
• Further training in the field of safety (e.g., ADR / GGBA and safety officer)
• Didactic-methodical and coaching skills
• High sense of responsibility and good communication skills
• High level of initiative
• High social competence with good assertiveness
