Your Challenge
- Advising and supporting our managers and employees in the Mittelland region in all HR matters
- Responsible for the entire employee life cycle – from recruitment to exit
- Managing local case management cases and supporting group-wide BGM
- Participation in HR projects
Your Profile
- Further training in HRM as well as several years of professional experience in a comparable function; experience in the BGM area is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of labor law and modern HR processes
- Willingness to travel, both within the assigned support area and to the central HRM team in St. Gallen
- High social competence, strong communication skills, and consulting flair
- Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive working style
