Temporary Customer Service in Season 40-60% (m/f/d)
For the summer season from March to October 2026, we are looking for a committed temporary employee to actively support our Customer Service team in Kriens. You will work in direct contact with our customers in Customer Service. You will take over telephone service on weekends and public holidays as well as early and late shifts during the week.
What you can achieve
- Receiving, creating, and confirming reservations for train rides and leisure offers
- Answering and advising customer inquiries, especially about prices, schedules, offers
- Assisting at reception: welcoming, informing, and bidding farewell to guests on site
- Correctly forwarding customer inquiries to reception and Meeting & Events department
- Managing lost and found items
- Checking and refilling compartments and stands with offer flyers
- If needed, office duties in Customer Service during the week (newspaper, kitchen, mail)
What distinguishes you
- Professional experience in customer contact and corresponding customer orientation
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
- Solid Microsoft Office skills
- Confident German in spoken and written form, very good oral and written English skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Good comprehension skills
- Enjoyment in dealing with guests from all over the world
