All-rounder / Specialist in Housekeeping, Facility Management & Security 80% (m/f/d)
In our housekeeping operation, we offer jobs for around 12 people with mental disabilities. The housekeeping department is responsible for cleaning, laundry, and facility management at the headquarters.
To support our team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start for a
You look forward to the following tasks
- Supporting the housekeeping team (specialists and employees with performance impairments) in cleaning and maintenance work
- Responsibility for the maintenance of the building and outdoor facilities at the headquarters as well as monitoring and operating the building services systems
- Organization, coordination, and supervision of craftsmen and external service partners
- Independent execution of minor repair and maintenance work
- Ensuring occupational safety in the additional role as safety officer
- Participation in the establishment and support of a training position PrA Facility Maintenance
With this profile, you are exactly right with us
- Training as a specialist in facility maintenance EFZ or janitor with a federal certificate of competence and several years of experience in a similar position
- Professional profile course
- Manual skills and technical understanding
- Further training in work pedagogy is an advantage
- Independent, reliable, and service-oriented working style
- Empathetic and entrepreneurial personality with a high willingness to serve and an interest in working in a social environment
- Good PC user skills as well as good oral and written expression
