The core of your tasks is the personnel and professional leadership of the team (approx. 35%) as well as the support of the four residents with particularly demanding and intensive care needs in their daily life and leisure time. You contribute your strengths and experience in educational support, the organization of group and work structure, as well as quality assurance. With your warm, motivating manner, you support the team culture for a healthy, positive coexistence. In addition, you actively participate in projects to further develop care concepts and team processes.

- Practical instructor or willingness to complete the training
