Your Tasks

You proactively advise interested parties regarding suitable rental offers
You handle the digital re-leasing process and are in direct contact with prospective tenants
You manage property and surrounding photos as well as 360° video tours of properties
You select suitable prospective tenants in collaboration with property management
You prepare rental contracts and support the development of marketing measures
You organize and conduct leasing events (including reporting)
You assist with the vacancy of properties due to renovation or demolition

Your Profile

You have completed training as an EFZ Customer Dialogue Specialist or EFZ Commercial Employee
You bring professional experience in direct customer consulting
You are digitally savvy and ideally have knowledge of Salesforce
You have joy and interest in the topics of living and real estate
You are a winning, communicative, and extroverted personality with good manners
Your mother tongue is German and you have good French skills
You are customer-oriented and maintain a partnership-based approach
