About the job

The DBU corporate group offers comprehensive services in the field of facility services. This includes technical building and infrastructural building management. We serve a demanding clientele in the areas of banking, insurance, property management, and commerce. The group is well known in the Zurich economic area and has been active for over 28 years.

Tasks

• Leading the employees under their supervision (3-4 groups)
• Planning and managing the team according to strategic and financial targets
• Acquiring new customers and contracts
• Creating direct offers and invoices
• Organizing winter services and performing deployments when required
• Informing appropriately according to the level and urgency
• Representing the company externally and ensuring the care of key customers

Your Profile

• Completed training as a landscape gardener
• Good German skills (spoken and written)
• Driver's license category B with trailer
• Age: 30+
• Independent and structured working style
• Strong communication skills
• Networked and forward-thinking mindset
• Good organizational and planning skills
