About the job

• You are responsible for the purchasing process in your area of responsibility, including the technical purchasing responsibility.  
• You have the Key User role in the SAP area for materials management and ordering.  
• You bear overall responsibility for the spare parts warehouse at the Ostermundigen site (procurement, storage, and optimization). 
• You handle various administrative topics (e.g., document filing, organization of maintenance and service contracts, preparation of project documents). 
• You work closely with the Head of Technology on economic efficiency and are responsible for accounting in the technical department (maintenance and investments).  
• You plan the regular inspections of maintenance and service contracts for industrial trucks.  

• You have completed vocational training as a polymechanic EFZ and further training in a relevant field (industrial foreman, process specialist, technical operations specialist HF, industrial management).  
• You have already gained in-depth experience in the SAP area.  
• You communicate excellently across all hierarchical levels – clearly, appreciatively, and always on equal footing. 
• You have a strong understanding of work processes and possess very good entrepreneurial knowledge.  
• You speak fluent German.
