About the job
To complement our team, we are looking for an experienced professional and mature personality as a Social Pedagogy Contact Person.
Workload: 80% part-time
Start date: immediately or by arrangement
In this position, you have the opportunity to positively influence the lives of people in precarious situations and make a significant difference in the lives of those affected. You take on the support of the clients entrusted to you throughout the entire process: you design the stay, residential support, work program together with them and the involved specialist agencies, and you set priorities in the objectives and support planning.
As an innovative personality, you work in a development-oriented manner and integrate your knowledge and experience into an interdisciplinary team. You value direct work with the clientele, networking with the social environment, as well as collaboration with the referrers.
You will find an experienced, well-coordinated team waiting for you, which offers you the necessary professional and collegial support for this demanding work. Participation in the implementation of the concept allows you to contribute to the further development of the institution beyond everyday work.
