The Grand Age Pole of the Eben-Hézer Foundation includes five medico-social establishments and several medico-social reception structures (SAMS). This Pole offers services related to the elderly, including long-term care, advanced age psychiatry, short-term care, day care (CAT), sheltered apartments, and the production kitchen of the Bonnettes.

Our support aims to respect the choice, desire, and dream of the resident or beneficiary and is strongly influenced by the Montessori method. We aim to provide, in all circumstances, places where it is good to live.

In order to complete our teams in the Advanced Age Psychiatry pole of the EMS Home Salem in Blonay St Léger, we are looking for committed, warm, and dynamic professionals for the following position:

Experienced ICU Nurse

80 to 100%.

MISSION RESPONSIBLE Advanced Age Psychiatry.

Your tasks are organized around the management of the teams of 2 units associated with the support of the residents relevant to this mission, benefiting from the active support of an ICU already in place.

You will be responsible for good practices in Advanced Age Psychiatry support, the joint and partner management of 2 units in their common resources, the optimal realization of medico-technical acts, the principles of maintenance of the used material, associated administrative activities, and participation in the life of the house.

As a specialized nurse, you are expected to support the teams and the care to which you will bring an expert perspective. You also manage relationships with families and caregivers as well as partnerships with doctors during medical visits.

Your profile:

You hold a HES diploma in nursing or a title deemed equivalent with solid professional experience in geriatrics. (For foreign titles, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is required)

You have successful management experience and hold the relevant training.

You have successful and recognized experience in PAA and/or a clinical specialization in this field.

You have a high level of social competence and a clear and convincing communication style.

You manage your team with kindness and partnership.

You demonstrate an ability to work autonomously, have a sense of teamwork, versatility, and constructive leadership.

You are available and flexible, showing exemplary behavior.

You are an experienced user of PLEX tools

and familiar with the PLAISIR tool.

You participate in preventive and therapeutic measures in collaboration with other support teams on site and network partnerships.

You promote the vision of global and personalized support for the resident, applying the principles of the Montessori method

Minimum experience of 10 years in the field of elderly care and a strong interest in psychogeriatrics

Mastery of common and planning IT tools. (CAREFOLIO is an asset)
