• You take responsibility for exciting projects in the field of electrical installation – from the offer to the handover.
• You lead your project team, plan resources, keep an eye on costs and deadlines.
• You maintain contact with customers, coordinate with internal interfaces, and contribute your ideas.
• You work independently, take responsibility, and stay focused even in hectic phases.

• Completed apprenticeship as an electrical installer EFZ
• Further training as a project manager or already in training to become a federally certified electrical installer
• Experience in project management, ideally in the industrial or renovation segment
• Organizational talent, entrepreneurial thinking, and a communicative personality
• Desire to help shape and develop yourself in a young team
