In the Department of Fine Arts, we are looking for a Research Associate Minor Art Production and Handling, 30%, starting August 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

In this role, you are responsible for the following tasks:

We are looking for a person with an independent artistic or curatorial practice and experience in the field of art production, art administration, or art handling for this position.
Your tasks
- Assistance in teaching and support in lesson preparation (research, conceptualization, organization)
- Mentoring of students
- Administrative and organizational tasks and taking on general activities in the minor (such as excursion and exhibition organization and conceptualization)
We are looking for a person with an independent artistic or curatorial practice and experience in the field of art production, art administration, or art handling for this position.
Your profile
You have a Master's degree or an equivalent qualification (academy) in Fine Arts, Art History, or Restoration/Conservation in the field of contemporary art. We expect initiative, dialogue and integration skills, team spirit, as well as curiosity and openness in collaboration with students and staff at ZHdK. Residence in Switzerland (preferably Zurich) is required. Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile.
