Your Tasks – Shape More

You are the central contact for all questions regarding IT quality assurance and support the DevOps teams in implementing and adhering to quality standards.
Develop and implement metrics and KPIs for continuous monitoring of IT quality, as well as conducting regular audits and reviews.
Identify improvement potentials in existing quality processes and drive automation initiatives in the quality context.
Train and sensitize the DevOps teams down to the code level regarding the importance of IT quality, promote the exchange of best practices, and establish a unified quality culture.
You will develop modern methods and techniques for quality assurance together with us and enthusiastically bring these closer to our DevOps teams and their business partners.

Your Profile – Bring More

Completed studies in (business) informatics or similar
At least 5 to 7 years of experience in application development
You have a passion for DevOps methodology (CI/CD, standardization & automation) and are willing to try new methods down to the code level, adopt meaningful techniques, and convey them
Solid knowledge in software development and particularly in quality assurance methods
You excel with your conceptual and analytical skills, your strong presentation techniques, and your quality-conscious personality
Very good German and English skills
