Polymechanic - CNC Manufacturing, Turning

• Independent operation of CNC lathes: You program and set up our Mazak with Mazatrol control and Hurco with WinMax-
• control.
• Conventional turning and milling: You carry out the machining on our high-quality products.
• Manufacturing according to drawing: You produce individual parts, small series, and occasionally prototypes.
• Quality assurance: You check the dimensional accuracy of the manufactured parts and carefully document the results.
• Maintenance and machine care: You perform simple maintenance tasks and ensure that the machines are always ready for use.
• Process design: You actively contribute ideas to improve our manufacturing processes.

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ, or equivalent training
• Several years of professional experience in CNC machining (turning/milling), especially with Mazak and Hurco
• Good knowledge of conventional mechanics (turning and milling)
• Confident handling of technical drawings and measuring instruments
• MS Office and ERP experience (Selectline is an advantage)
• Independent, precise, and solution-oriented working style
• Experienced, reliable, and team-oriented personality
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
