Responsibilities
- You take over candidate and client support from initial contact to contract conclusion
- You inspire potential candidates through job advertisements, direct approach via social networks, and thus build your own applicant network
- You conduct application and employment interviews with heart and mind because you want to bring people together with the right job
- Upon request, you also obtain reference information and discuss it personally with the clients
- Your area of responsibility is rounded off by supporting your superiors in optimizing recruitment processes
Requirements Profile
- You have a basic education
- Independent, structured way of working and high personal responsibility
- Ambitious and sales flair
- Ideally, you already have experience in HR or healthcare, especially in recruitment
- You are customer- and service-oriented, as well as maintaining pronounced relationship management and empathy
- You are familiar with common MS Office applications and confident in handling common social media channels
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form complete your profile
