Angst+Pfister is looking for a Junior Legal Counsel at the Glattbrugg, Zurich location. You are interested in the industry, enjoy new projects, and like to work in an international environment. With us, you have the chance to contribute as part of a team to the development of our legal department.

YOUR MISSION

• Legal advice to our specialist departments in contract, corporate, and labor law
• Drafting and negotiating contracts with a focus on international industrial contracts (supply contracts, project contracts, purchasing contracts, research and development contracts)
• Participation in a project to manage legal risks
• Participation in a project on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in contract law
• Conducting internal training on legal topics
• Support of the network of international correspondent lawyers

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed law degree and bar admission
• Interest in the industry and enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary team
• Quick comprehension and independent working style
• Modern working methods, good IT user skills; knowledge of legal AI tools is an advantage
• Fluent German and English skills; other language skills are an advantage, e.g., Italian, Turkish
