Tasks:
- leads and coordinates the services of the real estate, financial and administrative management area both from the personnel profile and the activities related to it
- participates in defining the objectives and guidelines of the Logistics Section (SL)
- proposes and pursues the implementation of the objectives of their area in relation to the objectives of the Section
- ensures the pursuit, development and implementation of the strategy and the implementation of the real estate strategy approved by the Council of State, guaranteeing the execution of strategic planning activities and logistical arrangements within the cantonal administration's real estate projects
- supervises workflows according to the ISO manual, implementing improvement and adjustment programs
- takes charge of specific projects, particularly regarding organizational projects in the digital field, and participates in working groups
- coordinates internal and external communication of the Logistics Section in collaboration with the Section Head
- manages, together with the Section Head, relations with the logistics coordinators of the various departments regarding logistical planning
- guarantees the administrative management of personnel (hiring, promotions, replacements, sanctions and terminations)
Requirements:
- bachelor + master or license, preferably in economics, or other related disciplines, alternatively commercial maturity with post-training in real estate (MAS REM, EPS real estate trustee)
- proven experience in the real estate sector, preferably in the context of public administrations
- familiarity with common IT systems (Office package, etc.) and specific to real estate management and portfolio, knowledge of the SAP application
- openness/propensity towards IT tools, innovation and generally towards digitalization
- excellent writing skills in Italian, good spoken and written knowledge of a second official language
- technical/administrative knowledge related to the main activities and sectors of the Cantonal Administration is a preferred qualification
- team leadership skills and ability to work in a group
- excellent analytical, decision-making and initiative skills, even in complex and high-pressure situations
- excellent communication, synthesis, listening, mediation, negotiation and conflict and change management skills
- organizational skills oriented towards process and service efficiency
- flexibility in working hours and ability to cope with high and irregular work rhythms as well as good stress resistance
- leadership, resource coordination skills, precision, discretion, and reliability;
- knowledge of the cantonal territory, institutions and reference bodies

Employment conditions:

- working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment relationship), flexible or according to service needs
