• Responsible for the administrative and organizational planning, coordination, and implementation of continuing education offerings
• Planning, organizing, and accompanying continuing education offerings, CAS starts, information events, and graduation ceremonies
• Preparation of admission decisions according to the defined guidelines for program management and deputy directorate
• Contact person and administrative interface for participants, lecturers, and program managers – including support and advice via email or phone
• Participant management and program organization via the Evento system as well as data maintenance in other internal systems
• Invoicing and support with administrative processes in the finance area
• Maintenance and provision of information on websites, learning platforms, and internal tools
• Collaboration in marketing measures, e.g., planning and support of information events, sending various information to target groups
• Active participation in the further development and optimization of processes in the sense of continuous improvement
• Taking over substitutions within the team

• Solid commercial training as well as several years of qualified professional experience in education or hospitality
• Very good PC skills (MS Office), IT affinity (complex system landscape)
• Good communication skills and confident German as well as good English skills
• Service-oriented personality
• Quick comprehension, networked thinking
• Team player with social skills as well as friendly and confident appearance even in hectic times
• Enjoyment of a responsible and varied activity that requires a lot of independence
