We are looking for a responsible caregiver to design a structured daily routine and leisure program for the primary school day structure at Hegenheimermattweg.
Allschwil is one of the largest municipalities in Northwestern Switzerland and is an innovative suburb of Basel. The proximity to this city shapes Allschwil's character, without the municipality losing its political and mental independence.
For the voluntary public primary school day structure – location Hegenheimermattweg 66, we are looking for an engaged and responsible personality as of October 1, 2025.
Your area of responsibility includes
• Responsibility for the design of the key person system
• Implementation of a structured daily routine
• Design of a holistic and professional leisure program
• Active and transparent parent work
• Co-design and further development of the location in organizational and pedagogical terms
• Completion of various administrative tasks
• Contact with supervisory bodies as well as teachers
We expect from you
• Completed training as a specialist in care (specialization in children) or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience with younger children is an advantage
• Trainer course and experience in training FaBe learners is an advantage
• Joy in dealing with children
• High communication and social skills as well as pronounced teamwork ability
• High commitment, flexibility, and resilience
• PC user knowledge
