Eben-Hézer Lausanne has been welcoming and supporting people with intellectual disabilities for over 125 years. It promotes a positive view of people with disabilities and puts its skills at the service of their participation and inclusion in society. Eben-Hézer Lausanne is part of the Eben-Hézer Foundation, a private law organization, non-profit and recognized as being of public interest.
To complete the team of the Estimédia workshop where beneficiaries with disabilities are welcomed, we are looking for an MSP or Substitute Social Educator (M/F) at a 20% activity rate.
Mission
As an MSP, you ensure the co-facilitation of a personal development workshop welcoming adult individuals. With the main mission of creating communication materials for Eben-Hézer Lausanne, this workshop offers a wide range of activities such as writing articles for the Ricochets newspaper, producing audiovisual reports and radio broadcasts. Comfortable in group activities as well as in individual support, you collaborate with all beneficiaries, staff, and management to ensure coherent support that meets the users' needs.
Responsibilities
Ensure optimal reception of beneficiaries within the workshop, considering their project and needs.
Proactively participate in the workshop and its development.
Propose individual and group support.
Occasionally attend workshop coordination meetings.
Develop your skills by regularly participating in training sessions.
Integrate your activity into the institutional functioning.
Desired Profile
You have a social training CFC, ES or HES complemented by various multimedia skills such as:
✓ Mastery of website development tools.
✓ Skills in video editing, graphic design, photography (shooting and editing)
✓ Writing and layout skills
✓ Artistic and creative skills, image culture
✓ Listening and open-mindedness
✓ Radio technique skills: an asset
You demonstrate strong motivation for supporting people with intellectual disabilities.
You have proven multimedia skills and your creativity allows you to adapt your tools to the beneficiaries' needs.
You are comfortable working in a team and can also provide individual support.
You have a good knowledge of the PPH and its applications.
You are flexible regarding working hours (occasional assignments on weekends or evenings).

Conditions according to the CCT in the Vaud parapublic social sector.
Permanent contract.
Schedule: 20% annualized.
Start date: From July 1, 2026 or to be agreed.
