This is your field of activity
- You are the motivating head of a team and lead it according to our innovative leadership principles – experimenting, letting go, trusting
- As a team leader, you are responsible not only for the medical, dental, psychiatric, and psychological basic care of the inmates but also bear professional responsibility for health promotion, infection prevention, and hygiene
- Your organizational expertise is demonstrated in the efficient planning and execution of somatic, psychological, and psychiatric consultations to ensure comprehensive basic health care for the inmates
- By actively contributing your expertise and participating in decisions within the management team, you significantly contribute to the development of the health service and the GZW
- As a decisive personality, you support the recruitment of new employees and actively shape the team
- Promoting smooth collaboration in an interdisciplinary treatment and care team is in your hands. You are the central contact person for internal and external partners on health-related matters
- Your responsibility also extends to medication management and the careful handling of medications to ensure safe and effective care
This is what you bring
- You appreciate working in an interdisciplinary and dynamic environment. With training in psychiatric or somatic health and nursing (DN II, HF, or FH), you bring the required expertise
- You embrace a role model function: you promote a culture of mutual support and shared learning through your behavior, are solution-oriented, and approach conflicts constructively
- You bring extensive experience in acute care, ideally in emergency or psychiatry. It is advantageous if you have already held a leadership position
- You can express yourself very well in written and spoken German. Additionally, it is beneficial if you are fluent in at least one other language to ensure effective and intercultural communication
- In challenging situations, you keep a clear head and demonstrate psychological resilience. Your willingness to work shifts makes you a valued team member
- With a minimum age of 25 years, you bring not only professional competence but also a certain life experience. Your impeccable reputation, without entries in the criminal and employment register, underscores your integrity and trustworthiness
This is what makes this position special
- You take on meaningful, responsible, and demanding tasks in a lively and unusual work environment that promises variety
- Look forward to challenging and exciting activities embedded in a team full of motivation and diversity. Here you will find an inspiring work environment where joint commitment and collaboration are central
